Job Description : We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily plant operations, supervise workers, maintain production schedules, and ensure smooth and efficient plant functioning.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day plant operations and production activities.
• Plan and monitor production according to daily targets.
• Control inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Supervise truck loading and unloading operations.
• Manage workers, allocate duties, and monitor their performance.
• Prepare production plans and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Manage shift schedules, worker attendance, and shift handovers.
• Maintain proper records of production, stock, and material movement.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
• Coordinate with management to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
• Required SkillsGood leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning and inventory control.
• Ability to manage workers and daily plant activities.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Candidate Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing plant or production unit is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in production supervision, inventory management, and worker handling will be given preference.
