Relationship Manager - Retail
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Promote retail loan products such as Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans, and other retail finance products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, DSAs, and channel partners.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Provide end-to-end assistance throughout the loan application process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
Loan Processing & Documentation
- Collect customer documents and ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth processing.
- Track loan applications and update customers on status.
Portfolio Management
- Monitor customer portfolio quality.
- Support collection and recovery efforts when required.
- Ensure minimal delinquency in sourced accounts.
Compliance & Reporting
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and other systems.
- Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 1-5 years of experience in Retail Banking, Housing Finance, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
