Relationship Manager - MF

Business Development

• Identify and enroll eligible customers for microfinance loan products.
• Conduct village surveys, customer sourcing, and group formation activities.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and customer acquisition targets.
• Promote the organization's products and services within the assigned territory.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community groups.
• Provide information regarding loan products, repayment schedules, and company policies.
• Address customer queries and complaints promptly.

Credit Assessment

• Conduct customer verification and field investigations.
• Assess customer eligibility and repayment capacity.
• Ensure accurate documentation and KYC compliance before loan processing.

Collection & Portfolio Management

• Monitor loan repayments and collection efficiency.
• Ensure timely recovery of installments and minimize delinquency.
• Follow up with overdue customers and implement recovery strategies.
• Maintain portfolio quality within prescribed limits.

Field Operations

• Conduct regular center meetings and customer visits.
• Maintain daily activity reports and field records.
• Ensure adherence to operational processes and regulatory guidelines.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Follow company policies, RBI guidelines, and microfinance regulations.
• Ensure proper documentation and fraud prevention measures.
• Report any irregularities or potential risks to management.
