Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, grooming, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and assist them with seating and menu selection.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, table setup, and service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and company SOPs.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
• Hospitality Degree & Diploma qualification is preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, professional grooming, and a guest-focused approach.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
