Job Description
Tally MUST.
Maintain complete and accurate accounting records related to construction projects.
• Maintain project-wise income, expenses and cost records.
• Maintain records of material purchases, labour expenses, contractor payments and other project-related costs.
• Maintain vendor, contractor and subcontractor accounts.
• Verify invoices, bills, vouchers and payment documents.
• Maintain cash, bank and expense records.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain project-wise financial statements and reports.
• Track outstanding payments and receivables.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors and contractors for accounts-related records.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly MIS and project cost reports for management.
• Ensure all construction-related financial documents are properly maintained and readily available for audit/reference.
• Monitor project expenses against approved budgets and highlight major variances to management.
