Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from students and parents regarding admissions.
• Counsel students about courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
• Understand students’ educational background and suggest suitable courses.
• Generate admission leads through calling, follow-ups, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with interested students and parents until the admission process is completed.
• Explain the complete admission process and required documents.
• Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and admissions in Excel/CRM.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly counseling and admission targets.
• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding leads and conversions.
• Maintain professional communication and good relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi and English speaking ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and computer operations.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

Qualification

12th / Graduation in any stream.

Experience

In admission counseling, telecalling, sales, education, or customer handling will be an advantage.
