The candidate will be responsible for making customer calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable financial solutions and generating quality leads.

• 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain company services and loan/financial products.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Generate quality leads through calling.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain proper customer and calling records.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the team for lead conversion.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• 🎯 Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Freshers are welcome – training will be provided.
• Candidates with Telecalling, BPO, Sales, Banking or Loan experience can also apply.
