Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and responsible Associate – Operations to manage day-to-day operations of the BookMySolar App, a solar service marketplace connecting customers with verified solar service providers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOnboard and verify solar service providers, vendors, and service professionals.
- Manage daily customer service bookings and coordinate with relevant service providers.
- Monitor service requests, quotations, bookings, and job completion.
- Follow up with customers and service providers to ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related coordination.
- Maintain daily operational reports and update booking status.
- Support all business activities offered through the BookMySolar App, including solar installation, repair, cleaning, maintenance, insurance, and other related services.
- RequirementsGood communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, computers, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up regularly.
- Experience in sales, customer support, or operations will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
