Job Description

We are looking for a Female Back Office Executive to join our team in Lucknow.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day back-office operations
  • Prepare and maintain Excel reports and records
  • Data entry and documentation
  • Coordinate with the Sales & Accounts team
  • Handle customer/vendor-related data and follow-ups
  • Maintain files, invoices and other office records
  • Perform regular administrative and office support tasks
  • Required Skills:Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
  • Good typing and data-entry skills
  • Should be responsible, punctual and well-organized
