Job Description

  1. Generate new sales leads through online research, calling, referrals, and other lead-generation channels.
  2. Make outbound calls to prospects and understand their business requirements.
  3. Explain DigiDonar’s digital communication solutions and services effectively.
  4. Conduct product/service demos for prospective clients over calls and Google Meet.
  5. Prepare and send professional quotations, proposals, and follow-up emails.
  6. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
  7. Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
  8. Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
  9. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, demos, and sales in the CRM/system.
  10. Build strong client relationships and contribute to overall business growth and revenue.
