Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include:  

• Handle new and previous client enquiries.   

• Follow up with clients and maintain relationships.   

• Prepare quotations and get approval from BRM. 

• Add client details, enquiries, and call logs in SOMS.   

• Submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports.   

• Coordinate with the Business Relation Manager and Technical Support team.
