Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries and incoming leads.
- Communicate with clients and understand their requirements.
- Explain services, packages, and pricing.
- Convert leads into clients through follow-ups and negotiation.
- Manage client calls, meetings, emails, and WhatsApp communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain client records and build long-term relationships.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
- Candidates with relevant skills and experience are also welcome.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Required SkillsGood communication in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and professional email writing.
- Knowledge of sales, digital marketing, or client handling is a plus.
- Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality.
Working HoursWorking Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly off and break timings as per company policy.
