Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise Field Collection Executives.
  • Assign daily targets and ensure collection achievement.
  • Monitor field visits, recoveries, and team performance.
  • Handle overdue accounts and customer escalations.
  • Maintain daily MIS and collection reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company and RBI guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience in NBFC / Banking / Loan Recovery.
  • Team handling and leadership skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
