• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers warmly and understand their requirements.
• Show and explain different varieties of sarees, ladies suits, dress materials and ethnic wear.
• Provide guidance on fabric, colour, design, quality and price.
• Assist customers in selecting products according to their occasion and budget.
• Demonstrate products professionally and maintain an attractive display.
• Achieve daily, monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell suitable products to customers.
• Handle customer queries, objections and negotiations politely.
• Maintain proper product and stock knowledge.
• Coordinate with the billing and inventory team.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the showroom.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Collect customer feedback and assist in generating Google/social media reviews when required.
• Follow up with regular and prospective customers through phone/WhatsApp.
• Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong knowledge of sarees and ladies' suits.
• Good understanding of fabrics, colours and current fashion trends.
