Job Description – Customer Care Executive


Role: Customer Care Executive

Work: Counseling Session Booking


Responsibilities


- Handle calls and WhatsApp enquiries from students and parents.

- Understand their requirements and explain the counseling service.

- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into bookings.

- Schedule and confirm counseling appointments.

- Maintain lead and booking records.

- Coordinate with Vikaas R Sharma for confirmed sessions.


Requirements


- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

- Confident, polite, and convincing personality.

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets.

- Telecalling, sales, counseling, or education experience.
