Job Role: Customer Support Executive – Blended Process

Work Mode: Work From Office

Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

SALARY & SHIFT DETAILS

Full-Time

• Working Hours: 9 Hours

• Rotational Shifts

• Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹14,000 CTC/Month

Part-Time

• Timing: 7:30 PM – 1:30 AM

• Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹7,000 In-Hand/Month

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Understand customer queries, complaints and service requests

• Provide accurate information and suitable solutions

• Maintain a polite and professional communication style

• Resolve customer issues within the defined TAT/SLA

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department

• Update customer details and interactions in the system/CRM

• Follow company policies, processes and quality standards

• Achieve assigned quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

• Good listening and interpersonal skills

• Customer-service-oriented approach

• Strong problem-solving ability

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle difficult customers professionally

• Good time management and attention to detail

ELIGIBILITY

• 12th Pass / Graduate

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts

• Candidates should not have any upcoming exams in the next 3 months
