Job Description
Contact customers through calls and field visits for pending loan/EMI payments.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue amounts and payment commitments.
Explain outstanding dues and available payment options to customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve assigned recovery targets.
Negotiate payment plans with customers as per company guidelines.
Update customer information, payment status, and follow-up details in the system.
Coordinate with the team and report daily recovery performance.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good communication.
Follow all company policies and legal guidelines during the recovery process.
