Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹17,000 per month + Incentives

Experience:

0–2 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, lead generation, or customer outreach. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Qualification:

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Marketing or Sales qualification will be an advantage.

Role Overview

Soltrac Power is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Marketing Executive to generate genuine leads through field marketing activities and promote solar solutions among residential and commercial customers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing activities in residential areas, markets, societies, commercial areas, and other potential locations.
• Generate genuine leads through direct customer interaction, references, canopy activities, and local marketing.
• Explain the benefits of solar energy and Soltrac Power's solar solutions to prospective customers.
• Identify potential customers and collect accurate contact and requirement details.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead follow-up, site visits, and conversions.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, canopy activities, and other company marketing initiatives.
• Maintain daily records of marketing activities and leads generated.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professional representation of the Soltrac Power brand during all field activities.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Strong convincing and lead-generation abilities.
• Willingness to work in the field.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Knowledge of solar energy will be an advantage.

Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
