Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchant Onboarding: Visit local shops, retail stores, and unorganized markets to sign up new merchants for Paytm.
  • Product Deployment: Sell, set up, and explain payment solutions like QR codes, Soundboxes, EDC/card swipe machines, and point-of-sale software.
  • Financial Cross-Selling: Pitch extra financial services such as insurance, loans, or specific financial products.
  • Relationship Management: Revisit existing merchants to solve technical queries, support device maintenance, and retain customers.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather regular feedback from business owners and report on competitor strategies in your assigned territory
