Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented field sales executive, customer acquisition, business development. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Drive credit card sales and achieve monthly business targets.

Manage customer acquisition through direct sales, channels, and business partnerships.

Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Monitor sales performance, productivity, and team KPIs.

Ensure proper documentation and verification of credit card applications.

Coordinate with banking, operations, and risk teams for application processing.

Ensure compliance with KYC norms, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare sales reports and provide regular business updates to senior management.

Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.0 to 1 years of relevant experience in credit card sales or banking.

Prior experience in team handling and business development preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Good understanding of credit card products, sales processes, and KYC requirements.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
