Job Description

  • GENERATE NEW CUSTOMERS AND BUSINESS LEADS FOR MICROFINANCE , LOAN PRODUCTS .
  • CONDUCT REGULAR FIELD VISITS WITHIN THE ASSIGNED AREA .
  • EXPLAIN LOAN PRODUCTS , ELIGIBILITY AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT TO CUSTOMERS .
  • ASSIST CUSTOMERS WITH LOAN APPLICATION AND KYC DOCUMENTATION .
  • MAINTAIN GOOD RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS.
  • FOLLOW UP ON APPLIACTIONS, DISBURSEMENTS AND REPAYMENTS .
  • ACHIEVE MONTHLY SALES/BUSINESS TARGETS .
  • SUBMIT DAILY / WEEKLY FIELD ACTIVITY REPORTS .
