Human Resource Executive

VorldX Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination.

•⁠ ⁠Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct initial HR screening and schedule interviews.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate the onboarding and induction process for new employees.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave, and HR-related queries.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in preparing offer letters, joining documents, experience letters, and other HR documents.

•⁠ ⁠Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare regular HR reports.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with different departments to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR activities and company policies.
