Order And Material Coordinator

What you'll do

• Take orders from the sales team and write them up accurately (sizes, laminate/membrane, design, quantity)
• Plan and schedule orders against the delivery date promised to the customer, then hand them to production
• Follow up with production so orders stay on track
• Keep customers updated on their order status, politely and proactively, so they never have to chase us
• Take customer complaints about material, finish or delivery, pass them to production, and follow through until they're fixed
• Track raw material stock (flush doors, membrane sheets, laminates, Fevicol/adhesives) and make sure the right quantities are always on hand
• Tell management in advance what needs to be bought, so no order is missed or delayed for lack of material
• Follow up with suppliers after purchase orders are placed until the material arrives
• Check incoming material for quality and quantity, and take up any shortage or defect with the supplier

What we're looking for

• [1–3] years in order coordination, sales support, purchase or production planning
• Experience with flush doors, laminates or membrane sheets is a plus
• Clear, polite communication in Hindi; basic English
• Organised and good with follow-ups and deadlines
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel or Google Sheets
• Calm and patient with customers and suppliers
