Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, referrals, networking, digital channels, and other sources.
• Contact prospective buyers and understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and project details to potential customers.
• Arrange and conduct property/site visits for interested clients.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, CRM, legal, and documentation teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on property inventory, market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
• Assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
