Job Description

Full job descriptionA Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Salesperson sells turnkey solar power systems, managing the entire process from finding clients to closing contracts for commercial, industrial, or residential projects.

Core Responsibilities

* Lead Generation: Find new clients through cold calling, field visits, networking, and industry databases.

* Technical & Financial Consulting: Assess client energy bills, calculate power needs, and propose the right rooftop or ground-mounted system size.

* Site Surveys: Visit locations with technical teams to check roof strength, shadow patterns, and grid connectivity.

* Commercial Proposals: Create price quotes, ROI (Return on Investment) estimates, and contract terms.

* Project Handover: Coordinate with internal engineering and installation teams after a sale closes to ensure smooth project delivery.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
