Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.

Generate leads through various online and offline marketing channels.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and market trends.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.

Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Good knowledge of sales and digital marketing strategies.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
