🚀 Hiring: Team Leader – Merchant Sales

📍 Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

  • Job Responsibilities:Field Sales team ko manage aur lead karna.
  • Local shops aur markets mein jaakar Airtel QR Code aur Soundbox sell karna.
  • Shopkeepers ko QR Code aur Soundbox ke benefits explain karna.
  • New merchants ko onboard karna aur sales badhana.
  • Team ko daily aur monthly sales targets achieve karne mein guide karna.
  • Team ki daily performance monitor karna aur sales report share karna.
  • Merchant registration aur device activation ensure karna.
  • Eligibility Criteria:Field Sales mein Team Leader ka experience mandatory hai.
  • QR Code, Soundbox, Banking, Fintech ya Telecom sales ka experience preferred hai.
  • Good communication aur team-handling skills honi chahiye.
  • Fieldwork aur market visits ke liye comfortable hona chahiye.
  • Sales targets achieve karne ki ability honi chahiye.
