Showroom Sales & Accounts Executive

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and presentable female candidate to manage showroom sales, basic accounting, billing and stock management. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers and have basic working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Handling

• Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain lighting products, electrical switches, sockets and accessories.
• Promote decorative lights, chandeliers, ceiling lights, LED lights, profiles and other lighting solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, delivery and payments.
• Maintain good customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

2. Accounts & Billing

• Basic knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Prepare sales invoices, quotations and purchase entries.
• Maintain cash, bank and daily sales records.
• Record customer payments and outstanding balances.
• Maintain purchase and expense records.
• Basic GST invoice understanding.

3. Stock & Inventory Management

• Maintain stock records in Tally.
• Record stock inward and outward.
• Maintain product-wise inventory of lights, switches, sockets and accessories.
• Check physical stock against Tally records.
• Prepare low-stock and reorder reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers for stock availability.

4. Showroom Management

• Maintain product display and showroom cleanliness.
• Ensure proper product tagging and price display.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp.
• Maintain daily sales and closing reports.
