We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and support business growth.

• Job ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, banners and promotional creatives.
• Write attractive captions, headlines, hooks, hashtags and calls to action.
• Coordinate with the graphic designer and video editor to ensure timely content delivery.
• Plan and publish regular content to increase reach, engagement, followers and brand awareness.
• Edit short-form videos and reels using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar software.
• Promote educational courses, university admissions, DMIT career counselling, webinars and franchise opportunities.
• Research social media trends, competitors, trending audio and relevant hashtags.
• Monitor social media insights and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Respond to comments and messages professionally and coordinate genuine enquiries with the sales team.
• Support lead-generation campaigns and coordinate with the digital marketing team for paid advertising.
• Maintain consistent branding, content quality and timely posting across all platforms.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Knowledge of reel editing and short-video content creation.
• Good Hindi writing skills and basic English communication.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies and content trends.
• Creative thinking, time management and teamwork.
• Ability to work with deadlines and achieve measurable targets.
• Preferred QualificationsGraduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant certifications may also apply.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in social media marketing is preferred.
• Freshers with strong practical skills, a portfolio or their own content creation experience can also apply.
