Job OverviewLucky Automobiles is seeking a detail-oriented Tally Operator to join our team in Lucknow. You will handle daily accounting tasks, record financial transactions in Tally, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping for our automobile business. [1]

• Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry: Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses in TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9.
• Invoicing: Generate accurate, GST-compliant billing for vehicle sales, servicing, or spare parts.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify ledger accounts.
• Inventory Tracking: Maintain and update stock records of vehicles and spare parts.
• Taxation: Assist in preparing data for monthly GST and TDS filings.
• Reporting: Generate standard financial reports including Profit & Loss statements and outstanding balance sheets.
• Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Graduate degree, preferably in Commerce (B.Com).
• Software Skills: Hands-on proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 or Prime) and MS Excel.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or data entry (Automobile sector experience is a plus).
• Core Knowledge: Good understanding of local GST norms, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Soft Skills: High accuracy, strong numerical skills, and punctuality.
