• Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance, call quality, lead conversion, and productivity.
• Handle sales leads and ensure maximum conversion of personal loan inquiries.
• Provide regular training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Prepare daily sales reports and track individual and team targets.
• Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company processes.
• Coordinate with management to achieve business goals.
• RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling sales or team handling, preferably in personal loans or banking.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of sales processes, lead management, and conversion strategies.
