Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of Personal Loan Sales Executives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly team sales and disbursement targets.
- Generate and manage leads through various channels, including direct sales, references, digital leads, and customer databases.
- Monitor individual team-member performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Train team members on product features, eligibility, documentation, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads and improve lead-to-login and login-to-disbursement conversion.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, verification, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies and lending guidelines.
- Track daily sales activities, login, approval, and disbursement status.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports with management.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase personal loan volumes.
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Ensure the team follows ethical sales practices and maintains required quality standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
