Salary : 10,000 to 15000 +incentive
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and provide professional assistance.
- Resolve customer queries regarding orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and other services.
- Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
- Maintain proper communication and call records.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
