Real Estate Telecaller | 2 Years Experience
* Managed inbound and outbound calls with prospective property buyers and investors.
* Generated and followed up on leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
* Explained property details, prices, payment plans, locations, and available offers to customers.
* Identified customer requirements and suggested suitable residential and commercial properties.
* Maintained regular follow-ups with leads to convert enquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.
* Scheduled and coordinated property site visits with clients and the sales team.
* Maintained accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and site visits.
* Handled customer queries and provided timely information regarding projects and properties.
