Job Description

Make cold and warm outbound calls to prospective buyers or investors for residential and commercial properties.

Answer incoming questions from property portals, social media ads, website forms, and walk-ins.

Assess potential clients by asking about their property preferences, budget, and purchasing timeline.

Book site visits and property viewings, then coordinate with the field sales team for showings.

Call prospects regularly to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Record all call outcomes, customer details, and follow-up notes accurately in the company's CRM system.

Meet daily, weekly, or monthly goals for call volume, leads generated, and site visits booked.

Share customer responses, objections, and market insights with the sales and management team.
