Job Description
- Make outbound calls to customers using company-provided data.
- Introduce Solarmax Energy and explain the benefits of rooftop solar systems and government subsidy schemes.
- Understand customer requirements and generate interest in solar installation.
- Convince interested customers to schedule a FREE rooftop solar consultation and site survey.
- Schedule confirmed meetings for the Solar Sales Consultant.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain daily calling records, customer details and meeting updates in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure scheduled meetings are completed.
