Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to promote and sell the company’s products over the phone. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers effectively.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Generate sales leads, close sales, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize business opportunities.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion of prospects into customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
