Greeting from Achintya Management Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and target-oriented Telesales Representatives to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, presenting suitable loan products and generating business through effective telecalling and follow-ups.

Department: Sales & Business Development

Job Location: Hazratganj, Lucknow

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Industry: Banking, Financial Services & NBFCs

Functioning: Inside Sales- Telecalling.

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate


Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM


  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.
  • Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Promote Personal Loans, Business Loans, Overdraft Facilities and other financial products.
  • Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates and documentation requirements.
  • Handle customer queries, objections and negotiations professionally.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
