Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer database in CRM software
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and coordination
  • Prepare reports, sales records, and customer data sheets
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead management
  • Track customer interactions and maintain proper records
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients and buyers
  • Generate daily/weekly CRM reports and updates
  • Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Google Sheets/Excel
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data management
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
