Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and inter-department coordination.
- Perform data analysis in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and reports.
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and management reports.
- Analyze business and finance data and provide useful insights.
- Use AI tools to improve reporting, documentation, and daily office work.
- Coordinate with the production team and maintain basic records related to production activities.
- Should have basic knowledge of garment production processes and production line operations.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth flow of information and work.
Qualification & Skills:
- BCA / B.Com / Finance-related degree preferred.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools.
- Basic understanding of garment production and factory operations.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
