Telesales Executive

Job OverviewWe are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and the confidence to handle different types of clients professionally.

• Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services clearly.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Follow up regularly with potential and existing clients.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
• Identify new sales opportunities and contribute ideas for business growth.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with clients.
• Required Skills & Qualities Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi – speaking skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Good sales and customer-handling ability.
• Confident personality with a professional approach.
• Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Ability to handle different types of customers and situations.
