Back Office Executive

Required Back Office Executive for a well-known Exports and Manufacturing Company in Ludhiana.

Qualification      :              BA, B Com, M Com, BBA

Experience     :             2 to 5 Years

Key Skills Required :              

1.      Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Word, ERP systems (Tally), and CRM software, Google Sheets

2.      Time management, multitasking, detail orientation, and file structuring

3.      Clear written business English for emails, memos, and internal reporting

Core Responsibilities

• Data Management & Entry: Entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining customer, sales, or operational records across internal databases and ERP/CRM systems.
• Documentation & Filing: Organizing physical and digital records, managing contracts, drafting basic business correspondence, and processing paperwork.
• Reporting: Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly operational summaries, MIS reports, or inventory tracking sheets for management.
• Process Support: Coordinating with front-office, sales, logistics, or finance teams to facilitate order processing, billing verification, and compliance checks.
• Communication & Coordination: Managing internal communications, handling inter-departmental emails, and routing requests to appropriate stakeholders.
