Job SummaryWe are looking for a Patient Coordinator to manage patient communication and coordination throughout their treatment journey. The candidate will act as a bridge between patients, doctors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist patients throughout their IVF/fertility treatment journey.
• Handle patient enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person communication.
• Schedule and coordinate doctor consultations, investigations, procedures, and follow-ups.
• Explain treatment-related processes, appointments, and required documentation to patients.
• Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, nursing staff, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the CRM/software.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, procedures, and treatment plans.
• Ensure timely communication of appointments and treatment schedules.
• Address routine patient queries and escalate medical or clinical concerns to the concerned doctor/team.
• Maintain regular follow-up with patients and support patient retention.
• Coordinate with the billing/front-office team regarding patient requirements and appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow hospital protocols.
• Prepare regular patient follow-up and coordination reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; healthcare-related qualification will be an advantage.
• 2–4 years of experience in IVF, fertility clinics, hospitals, healthcare, or patient coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Hindi; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Comfortable handling patients and their attendants professionally.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Empathetic, patient-focused, and professional approach.
