Job Title: Social Media Expert / Content Creator.

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Expert who can manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities -

• Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories and other digital content.
• Develop content ideas that communicate the right message clearly and effectively.
• Write strong captions, headlines and promotional content.
• Plan and schedule social media posts regularly.
• Use hashtags, keywords, trends and other techniques to improve the reach and visibility of posts.
• Understand how to highlight and promote important posts to reach the maximum relevant audience.
• Monitor engagement, reach and performance of social media content.
• Suggest new ideas and strategies to increase followers, engagement and visibility.
• Coordinate with the team to understand services, campaigns and communication requirements.

Candidate requirements -

• Good knowledge of major social media platforms and their features.
• Strong content creation and creative thinking skills.
• Good written communication skills.
• Understanding of social media reach, engagement and audience targeting.
• Ability to create simple, professional and attractive content.
• Knowledge of tools such as Canva or similar designing/editing platforms will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of paid promotions/social media advertising will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for regular social media activity.

Preferred Candidate - A candidate who understands not only how to create a good-looking post, but also how to present and promote the content so that it reaches the right audience with the right message.
