Counter Salesman

• Job ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell IFB products, including washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, dishwashers, and other home appliances.
• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and schemes to customers.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and assigned sales targets.
• Maintain proper product display and ensure all IFB products are displayed as per company guidelines.
• Generate customer leads through follow-up calls and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain good relationships with dealers, store owners, and customers.
• Ensure timely billing and accurate sales punching as per company processes.
• Maintain product knowledge and participate in company training sessions.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Support customers with product demonstrations, installation coordination, and after-sales service queries.
• Submit daily sales reports and maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Sales-oriented approach with a focus on target achievement.
• Basic knowledge of home appliances and consumer electronics.
• Ability to convince customers and close sales.
• Willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
• Basic smartphone and reporting application knowledge.
• Previous experience in counter sales or home appliances will be preferred.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: Pursuing graduatio; graduates preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in sales; freshers can also apply.
• Local candidates from Ludhiana and nearby areas preferred.
• Salary: As per company norms, based on experience and performance.
