Job Description
Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists and other dispatch documents.
Coordinate with Stores, Production, PPC, Sales, Accounts, transporters and drivers.
Verify material quantity, part numbers and packing before dispatch.
Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/MIS reports.
Track shipments and follow up on pending deliveries.
