Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily e-commerce operations
• Product listing & updating on marketplaces
• Inventory management & stock updates
• Order processing & packaging
• Coordinate customer calls and queries
• Handle returns, exchanges & customer follow-ups
• Maintain basic records and reports
Requirements:• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets preferred
• Responsible and organised
• Willingness to learn e-commerce operations
Website Management:
Product Listings: Upload new items, manage inventory, and optimize product descriptions with SEO keywords.
Customer Support: Resolve buyer issues and coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams for timely order fulfillment. [
Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years for junior roles (Executives) or 3+ years for senior roles (Managers/Specialists).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce backends, basic HTML/design layout, and web analytics tools.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
