Job Description
Revenue-Driven General Manager
Position: General Manager (Sales & Operations)
Location: Hotel The Taksonz, Ludhiana
Objective: To completely own the P&L, drive aggressive corporate and banquet sales, and flawlessly execute administrative operations to elevate brand equity and profit margins.
- Core Executive Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Spearhead aggressive B2B sales strategies to secure high-yield corporate accounts, large-scale banquets, and lucrative long-term contracts.
- Yield Management: Implement dynamic pricing models and optimize Online Travel Agency (OTA) distribution to maximize both occupancy and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).
- Operational Excellence: Audit current administrative workflows and ruthlessly eliminate operational waste to widen profit margins without compromising premium service standards.
- Brand Dominance: Forge strategic partnerships with high-net-worth event planners and local businesses to position the property as the premier hospitality destination in the city.
- Client Retention: Overhaul front-of-house operations to guarantee flawless guest experiences, ensuring top-tier online ratings and high-volume repeat business.
- Performance Tracking: Deliver mandatory, data-backed weekly reports on sales metrics, conversion rates, and operational overhead directly to ownership.
