Job Description
Select the correct milling cutter for the operation.
Inspect the cutter for cracks, damage, or excessive wear.
Install the cutter securely in the appropriate arbor, collet, or chuck.
Ensure the tool is properly seated and tightened.
Remove the tightening key/tool immediately after use.
Set the required spindle speed according to the cutter material, workpiece material, cutter diameter, and machining conditions.
Position the cutter and workpiece correctly before starting the cut.
