Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and manage incoming calls and client inquiries.
  • Handle leads generated through online advertisements and marketing campaigns.
  • Understand clients’ requirements and provide accurate information about our services.
  • Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed leads/bookings.
  • Maintain a professional, polite, and attentive approach while communicating with clients.
  • Keep track of leads and follow-ups.
  • Performance-based incentives will be provided for successfully converting/maturing leads.
  • Assist with basic front-desk and reception-related tasks when required.
